Brief Introduction

The purpose of a jewelry box is to keep the pieces you wear daily in their proper place, and to prevent those you haven't worn in a while from being forgotten.

This series comes in two wood colors: North American black walnut, a deep brown with a hint of purple; and cherry wood, a warm golden-red that deepens with exposure to light. The boxes also come in two shapes-a dignified rectangular one and a perfectly rounded oval one. When closed, only the wood grain and a delicate engraving on the lid are visible; when the lid is open, the upper half holds necklaces, and the lower half holds rings and bracelets.

There aren't many items, but every piece has its place.

Details

The series comprises two types of wood and two box designs. North American black walnut heartwood is deep brown, often with a purplish hue, and its grain can be straight or wavy; cherry wood is golden-red with a fine grain that deepens over time when exposed to light. The rectangular boxes have clean lines and are stable on a table; the oval boxes have fully rounded sides and fit comfortably in the palm of your hand. The corners and lid rim are rounded and polished, and the surface is coated with a thin layer of wood wax oil, giving it a warm, natural feel rather than the glossy shine of lacquer.

Opening the lid reveals a single piece of off-white velvet inside: five hanging slots with a small drawstring pouch at the top, each necklace hanging down in its own compartment to prevent tangling; the lower half has three ring slots on the left and an open space on the right for bracelets, pearls, and earrings. The soft velvet prevents polished metal pieces from colliding.

The lid can be laser-engraved: a line drawing of a flower branch paired with a handwritten name, or it can be changed to a date, a short phrase, or the brand logo. The lining is not fixed – the material can be changed to velvet, flocking, microfiber, or leather; the number and position of hanging slots, and the arrangement of ring band slots and open compartments can all be redesigned; the box type, size, and wood type are also optional.
